Production time

Everything at Jura Inventive is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before it ships (occasionally up to 7 during busy periods). You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, estimated delivery is: UK, 3–4 business days; rest of Europe, 6–8 business days; and other international destinations, 10–20 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and are on top of the production time above. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs or import charges — these are set by local customs authorities and aren't something we can control or predict.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered (wrong item, wrong print, wrong colour), get in touch within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll sort a free replacement or a refund. The same 30-day window applies if your package is lost in transit — count it from the estimated delivery date.

What isn't covered

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or if you've ordered the wrong size or colour — so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We're also not able to replace items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we can arrange reshipment at cost.

Missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please double-check the delivery address, ask around your household or neighbours, and check with your local delivery office before contacting us — most of these turn up within a day or two.

Questions about an order? Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
