Shipping policy

Production time

Everything at Jura Inventive is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before it ships (occasionally up to 7 during busy periods). You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, estimated delivery is: UK, 3–4 business days; rest of Europe, 6–8 business days; other international destinations, 10–20 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and are on top of the production time above.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Delivery charges for other orders are shown at checkout.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs or import charges. These are set by local customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check the delivery address, your household or neighbours and your local delivery office first. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
