Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at jurainventive.com. The site is run by Jura Inventive, a sole trader based in Dundee, Scotland (Jura Inventive, Dundee, DD5 3DP, United Kingdom; jurainventive@gmail.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

Every item is printed to order by our production partner once you place your order. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the printed garment, and sizes are given as approximate measurements in the size guide on each product page. Our designs are original artwork and are not official merchandise of, or endorsed by, any football club, governing body or political organisation.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if that happens, we will contact you before your order is produced.

3. Your order

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Because items are made to order, we can only cancel or change an order if production has not started; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

4. Delivery

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by delivery (UK usually 3–4 business days). Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country.

5. Returns, faults and refunds

Personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, images and text on this site belong to Jura Inventive and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
